I was assisted by Aaron. It is evident that he has excellent technical skills. However, he is also personable and takes the time to understand what the issues are and always adds value by dealing with IT issues holistically and giving assitance and tips on other IT issues. He is very dilligent and always finds a work around so as not to disrupt my IT capability whilst looking into and investigating a problem. He is on occassion better at fixing other providers software then the techs provided by the software provider – Any comments?
