  18. I have just got to know Transcendit, I phoned on spec and they helped with an emergency problem the very next day. The engineer was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also sought advice on the purchase of a new laptop and this was also excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough, really great service. – Any comments?
