      Hi Gary,
      Many thanks for your feedback. I've looked into the ticket and can see that it's an issue with the WIFI connection and therefore unfortunately it's out of our hands. I believe there has been a call logged with the building management's IT who manages the internet connection. We will be happy to assist if they require it. We will leave the support ticket open in case they or you require anything at our end to reconfigure your laptop.
