  8. Service support was great - once I actually reached it. Phoned the helpline around 8.15 this morning to be told it didn't open until 8.30. Phoned back after 8.30 to then get a message saying the techs didn't start until 9!! Then when I phoned back after 9 I got no answer. I emailed the support helpline and somebody got in touch with me around 10.30. The tech in question was very friendly and helpful, and got the issue fixed really quickly. – Any comments?

  14. Why was there a migration taking place which caused my problem without any warning? I was working on a document from 5.15 am this morning (having worked on it throughout the week) and was thrown out of my Remote Desktop at around 8.20 am. I "lost" the work and only had the opportunity to access support after I finished my other work at 3 pm. Not a happy bunny!! – Any comments?
