  6. Excellent help, would not be back up and running without it. One point, which will hopefully help in the future, the microphone levels when calling are fairly low and it is often hard to hear the operative you are working with - this happens whoever takes the call, so maybe something to check. But the tech help itself - perfect! – Any comments?
