  1. Gareth was great explained everything regarding the email fraud and checked the time the email account was taken over the manage rule they had then set up and checked any emails that had been sent within the few hours, also checking and confirming the "hackers" had tried umpteen attempts to guess the password before they got it right!! (please choose really unusual passwords) , thankfully we stopped a bad situation getting potentially very serious for the company. Great service as usual from Transcendit can not fault any of their support team at all , Well done Gareth - Transcendit ! – Any comments?

  14. I agree the issue was resolved but there was no satisfactory explanation given or reason why the problem arose in the first place or how to prevent it happening again. – Any comments?
