Your service here has been the installation of new anti-virus software onto my office laptop. Being more or less retired now, I am not in the office that often and it has taken some time (and a little hassle) to find a time when we have both been available to deal with the installation together. That's life! Once we got there, Aaron dealt with the installation most efficiently - and in your usual customer-friendly way. Thank you. – Any comments?
