My engineer today was Dave Park. Initial speed of response to raising issue was excellent. Dave was very knowledgeable and quickly identified and resolved the issue. Needed to be able to print from iPad to an elderly/old printer. John Tarala exercised the patience of a Transcendit star and tried every possible avenue to get a result, not helped by the intent dropping out at critical times of the exercise!
