Whilst the issue I have been facing has not been directly resolved, Aaron has very kindly looked into every avenue to see what could be done to fix this. Aaron informed me that the issue is likely to be down to a hardware issue and as such he has contacted the relevant department within my company to try and arrange the necessary fix , and he has done this promptly. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in today's call, and this is the same as he has always been in our previous meetings. – Any comments?
