since this is three working days out of four that someone has been looking at this ongoing issue, you can understand my not being 100% confident this issue has been resolved. that is the only reason for my low mark on the second category. hopefully, whatever has been done today has sorted it permanently. thanks for the help – Any comments?

Would have appreciated a callback at the end of the process to let me know a) that I can get back on my system ok, and b) what the problem was (in layman's terms) and whether it is going to reoccur. Without my having a clue as to what the problem was and no dialogue over it, difficult for me to say I am satisfied that the problem has been resolved. Next time I'd ask that you call the person back who is sat waiting for the green light to get back on their system. Just common courtesy. Other than that, thanks. – Any comments?
