Hi Linda,
We apologise for any confusion caused and miscommunication at our end that left you feeling frustrated. We have reviewed the situation and put measures in place to prevent it happening again. The ticket was passed to Dave Kennedy who, I believe, gave you a workaround for the problem that evening. The issue only occurs in certain web browsers so, although there is a usable workaround, we still have the support ticket open, will investigate further and report back next week.

I have a problem entering text onto the website. I ring up and am told that a) it may not be your responsibility to help me and b) the person who knows or can help me is on holiday this afternoon. Thats not a lot of help when I'm working to open a conference for booking this afternoon. Then I'm rung back by Adam who agrees I have a problem and I'm told to keep clicking until it resolves itself. It hasn't resolved itself. I've had to ring up another member of staff and dictate what I need the website to say so that our business and reputation with our members isn't jeopardised. Ineffective. I'm no further forward having spoken to 2 people on 2 telephone calls than if I hadn't rung at all. – Any comments?

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. I've spoken to the engineer who carried out this work, Chris. Chris tells me he left a message in text on the log me in console which should have appeared on your screen to say this was complete. I'm sorry that you missed the message or that it did not appear. We will be aware of this in the future and make sure we tell the customer to check the screen for a finished message when complete.
