I've reviewed this case and made contact with the customer and it's resolved. The customer made a mistake and although the issue was not resolved (wrong kit ordered by the customer) he is very happy with the service received. See below.
This is my mistake, we receive nothing but great help from Transendit, yes the problem was not resolved but not through want of trying from you it should have been at the higher end.
