I seem to have been hogging nearly everyone in your department this week for different problems encountered as a result of the new VPN and how it affects those who work from home like me. Today it was Alan who came to my rescue and had the issue sorted within a few minutes - hopefully this time no more changes in the system will be inserted which might cause issues again. – Any comments?
