Hi Helen,

Many thanks for taking the time to supply us feedback from your support session.

We pride ourselves on excellent feedback and have an average of 9.8/10 so anything below 8 stands out to us straight away and I like to act on those who are 7's and below.

Would you mind giving me some more information on the service and why you felt it was as low as 7's please and I will look into it.

As far as I'm aware we are waiting for you to purchase a Microsoft Office upgrade to allow you to use Microsoft Outlook for your emails. If you would like us to quote this please let me know however as far as i'm aware you have a charitable license and a company who adds them through the Charity exchange.
