Alan fully explained what he needed to do, although there was the complicating factor of Leap. He tried a couple of different things to resolve the issue which eventually worked. Very helpful and efficient. – Any comments?

Needed to be able to print from iPad to an elderly/old printer. John Tarala exercised the patience of a Transcendit star and tried every possible avenue to get a result, not helped by the intent dropping out at critical times of the exercise!
