Our Commitment to Customer Service

At Transcendit, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with all aspects of our service. We try to do things the "Transcendit Way" but it isn't always easy to maintain the high standards that we strive to achieve.

It is also difficult to know how we are doing - and we need your help in this. If you have any feedback whether it be good, bad or indifferent, we would like to know. Even if it is bad news, we’d rather have the chance to put things right and improve our service than not know at all.

If you have ideas about how we could change or add to what we do - please tell us those too.

And unlike some companies that ask for feedback but never seem to do anything about it, we’re committed to taking notice of everything we receive. When you submit feedback, it goes into our CustomerSure tracking system which helps us all to learn from it and act on it.

Opening Hours

Normal opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Extended hours support from 7:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that we can work bank holidays and weekends when arranged in advance.
