Good Afternoon John,
I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience on Friday, I’ve spoken to my colleague who handled this. I believe you've spoken to him this morning and the problem appears to be resolved now but we are keeping a close eye on it.
As mentioned this morning, we believed the issue had been resolved when we disconnected on Friday as everything appeared to be working. We are sorry that this was not the case, we ran tests and sent replies at the time and all appeared to be fine. If you have any other issues please don't hesitate to contact us.
