Gareth jumped me up the queue and manged to install the new VPN literally within a couple of minutes and then took time to let me test it out so hopefully I will be OK when next logging in. Gareth showed me a way to get where I needed with only 2 "clicks" of the screen on the bottom bar - 1 to get in and 1 to change the settings which was a lot easier than the several screens the IT dept had sent in a full page email over the weekend. A definite 11/10 for Gareth. – Any comments?
