We are aware of the issues after migration and are investigating all issues reported. We have requested a diary is kept of the issues and reported to us immediately so that we can see the problems happening. In the past it has been difficult to recreate the issue when we are logged in therefore hard to diagnose. Ongoing investigation.

Contacted the customer to ask why the scores were below average and if I could help. The customer explained that it was not our service that was the issue but was a few teething problems caused by changing to a new laptop with different operating system. This resulted in some changes to the way he is used to doing things. If there are any other issues the customer will contact us and he is happy with our service.
