Jon installed my new version of Microsoft 365 extremely efficiently. His explanations to me were patient and clear. We were also able to install the Microsoft 365 programme on another device which will make life easier and more convenient for me. Jon also performed some maintenance on my main laptop. As a user with extremely limited knowledge of software and systems, I find Jon's approach really excellent, he is efficient yet extremely calm which means I do not get flustered or confused during out operations.
