I have a problem entering text onto the website. I ring up and am told that a) it may not be your responsibility to help me and b) the person who knows or can help me is on holiday this afternoon. Thats not a lot of help when I'm working to open a conference for booking this afternoon. Then I'm rung back by Adam who agrees I have a problem and I'm told to keep clicking until it resolves itself. It hasn't resolved itself. I've had to ring up another member of staff and dictate what I need the website to say so that our business and reputation with our members isn't jeopardised. Ineffective. I'm no further forward having spoken to 2 people on 2 telephone calls than if I hadn't rung at all. – Any comments?
