My engineer today was Dave Park. Initial speed of response to raising issue was excellent. Dave was very knowledgeable and quickly identified and resolved the issue. Additionally, he also helped me with another unrelated query / issue I raised on the call. Very satisfied with a great service overall – Any comments?

Needed to be able to print from iPad to an elderly/old printer. John Tarala exercised the patience of a Transcendit star and tried every possible avenue to get a result, not helped by the intent dropping out at critical times of the exercise!
