I couldn't repeat to my techy colleagues what Warren told me he did at end of call as I didn't hear what he said clearly, but the guy was helpful in asking me if there was anything else - and he took care of my new Skype connection as an added bonus to seemingly sorting out my initial VPN problem. He offered me support in any reoccurrence of the same problem, so I felt looked after. Thanks. – Any comments?
