Unfortunately Transcendit were unable to fix the problem which was that I could not scan from the printer to my machine.. They had already used our allocated time to try and fix the problem and we were then going to be charged to continue to find a solution. We had no idea on how long this would take and did not want to risk a large bill so the decision was made not to continue on with the investigation into the problem as we could scan to another computer in the room. – Any comments?
