    Good Morning Brenda,

    I hope you’re well and had a nice weekend.

    I’m just following up on some very low feedback we have received for an issue we are looking at for you. I can see that the problem is slow Office Applications. I can see from the ticket that Stefan logged on to the machine but the problem was not there while we were logged on so we couldn’t see it happening and therefore we can’t rectify it.

    The ticket is currently open and set to ‘waiting on customer’ so that you can call us when it happens again and hopefully the next time we get connected we can see it happening.

    Please could you spare some time either over the phone or by reply to let me know more about the 1 out of 10 scored for support experience? We really appreciate feedback from our customers and as our average scores are 9.8/10 something that is so low worries us and I’d like to find out more.
