Very pleased with the problem being resolved but again had to contact them again as they said they would get back to me but waited 2hours – Any comments?

Thanks for your feedback Deborah, feedback is really helpful for us. I apologise about the delay; I've spoken to the engineer who was looking into this. Sometimes when a problem is logged we need to look into it and discuss with another member of the team. Although we weren’t in contact or connected to your machine we were looking into the issue, I believe the problem turned out to be something different to what was first reported & was rectified as soon as we established the cause of the issue. We do try to get all customers issues resolved as soon as we can however sometimes it requires some behind the scenes research & discussions to resolve them properly. Hopefully next time it’s an issue that we can resolve more promptly. --
