Your engineer today was Jon. Jon answered straight away and sorted the issue within a couple of minutes and was very diplomatic in not pointing out that the whole issue was completely down to my own stupidity in clicking yes to things before I'd read what the implication of clicking yes would actually mean. – Any comments?
