Alan Common at Transcendit was brilliant today! He was extrememely patient as I struggled to remember passwords and logins! Once sorted he set up my new laptop efficiently and ensured I had everything I needed before I commenced work. Always helpful, great customer service but also the much needed human touch when the customer is stumped. Appreciated. – Any comments?

I was bordering topping myself if I had lost an 18 page document I had prepared on Sunday 9 November and the sword of Damocles was lifted literally as soon as Corey took over my screen and my document appeared before my eyes and calm was restored over anxiety. Thanks again Corey – Any comments?
