Alan Common at Transcendit was brilliant today! He was extrememely patient as I struggled to remember passwords and logins! Once sorted he set up my new laptop efficiently and ensured I had everything I needed before I commenced work. The problem can not be resolved as it turns out the document I drafted was not saved and is lost for ever. I needed Cory to be a magician to find the document in a top hat keeping the rabbit warm. – Any comments?
