Gareth jumped me up the queue and manged to install the new VPN literally within a couple of minutes and then took time to let me test it out so hopefully I will be OK when next logging in. Gareth showed me a way to get where I needed with only 2 "clicks" of the screen on the bottom bar - 1 to get in and 1 to change the settings which was a lot easier than the several screens the IT dept had sent in a full page email over the weekend. A definite 11/10 for Gareth. – Any comments?

Dave was very helpful but I had to wait quite a few days to get this matter resolved (Ticket257961). The delay in getting my issue resolved was due to the first person that worked on the ticket. He did something in the background (that didn't resolve the issue) and when I let him know that the issue wasn't resolved, he asked me for a contact number. I had already provided this in my first email so he didn't need to ask - and asking delayed things further. I had to contact you again several days later but received nothing in response. Therefore I phoned. This did bear fruit and Dave contacted me. In the meantime the issue I had interrupted my work significantly which was frustrating. – Any comments?
