I am very happy with the work that Ivo did. He got us out of a sticky situation which allows us to reuse the laptop. He then followed up the fix to confirm that it was working. Many thanks, Kevin – Any comments?

I was fooled by a "phising" email yesterday and had to report the matter to you. You contacted me to arrange a time convenient to me for you to check my systems out to ensure there were no problems.
