Thanks for your feedback Deborah, feedback is really helpful for us. I apologise about the delay; I've spoken to the engineer who was looking into this. Sometimes when a problem is logged we need to look into it and discuss with another member of the team. Although we weren’t in contact or connected to your machine we were looking into the issue, I believe the problem turned out to be something different to what was first reported & was rectified as soon as we established the cause of the issue. We do try to get all customers issues resolved as soon as we can however sometimes it requires some behind the scenes research & discussions to resolve them properly. Hopefully next time it’s an issue that we can resolve more promptly. --

Computer not working at speed it was prior to being upgraded to windows 10 and current problem giving areas of the screen that cannot be seen nor used with cursor preventing files and icons from being used correctly. The temporary fix is to down grade to windows 8 as previous. – Any comments?
