The problem can not be resolved as it turns out the document I drafted was not saved and is lost for ever. I needed Cory to be a magician to find the document in a top hat keeping the rabbit warm. – Any comments?

I was bordering topping myself if I had lost an 18 page document I had prepared on Sunday 9 November and the sword of Damocles was lifted literally as soon as Corey took over my screen and my document appeared before my eyes and calm was restored over anxiety. Thanks again Corey – Any comments?

Dave Park was helpful and responsive and walked me patiently through all options to try and get the hardware issue I was facing resolved.
