Need to have one service engineer / technician to look after a clients system. Not happy with being asked if i'm sure we have a licenced product when we have initially paid Transcendit to sort computers and software in the first place. Same problems on Office 365 / Skydrive are recurring time & time again with the various computers (mine, Dave's, Harry's and Accounts) – Any comments?
