The problem is on going and cannot be rectified remotely. The team are aware of this as the internet signal is unstable. Diagnosis correct and visit planned – Any comments?

We are aware of the issues after migration and are investigating all issues reported. We have requested a diary is kept of the issues and reported to us immediately so that we can see the problems happening. In the past it has been difficult to recreate the issue when we are logged in therefore hard to diagnose. Ongoing investigation.
