Received great support, as ever. Scored lower on the question about resolution because the problem still exists, but I understand that everything has been tried and that it only persists because of an issue with a virus software package. I have been provided with a work around so I will still be able to access the remote server from my desktop. I may change my virus software to solve the problem. – Any comments?
